Return & Refund Policy
At siddhikasarees, every piece is crafted with care, creativity, and intention. While we hope you absolutely love what you receive, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully
To be eligible for a return on eligible products:
- You can return orders within 7 days of order delivery against any manufacturing defect(s) only.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. Customers are requested to email clear photos along with the unboxing video of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery so that we can initiate the resolution process.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the original condition as received.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your item.
- We’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
No cancellations are allowed after placing an order.
